Evenings on Du Musée Avenue X Emma Beko

Get set for a summer of dancing with the return of our evening gatherings on Du Musée Avenue! Every summer, this side street within the MMFA complex is transformed into a pedestrian oasis and entertainment site. And this year’s super-charged program of art-inspired music is no different! 

Join us with friends or as a family for some dancing, fun and refreshments at these stand-out events. 

• Singer and rapper Emma Beko takes you on a journey into unexpected territories. Drawing from her Peruvian and Canadian identity, she interweaves her powerful, no-holds-barred lyrics with hip-hop rhythms and dreamlike sounds. 

Two 30-minute performances are scheduled, at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

• Joining her will be DJ Kelly, who made her name with the RapMommies and Throwback Shorties evenings.

She will perform two sets, from 5 to 7 p.m. and from 7:30 to 8 p.m.
