The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts holds one of Canada’s largest collections of graphic artworks, including prints, drawings and photographs. The collection as a whole, which reflects the creative achievements of over five centuries, comprises masterworks from a wide range of artists who have marked the history of European and North American art.
The main part of the Museum’s collection of photography is made up of 2,500 contemporary works from Quebec and Canada, the United States, Europe, Africa and Asia.
