Thanks to the support of Concordia University and the Ville de Montréal, the MMFA’s Sculpture Garden now extends from north of Sherbrooke Street along the part of Avenue du Musée next to the Museum to south on Bishop Street, in the new Zone Éducation-Culture.
Through the twenty-five works in its Sculpture Garden, the Museum bolsters the presence of public art in the heart of the city and tells the story of sculpture from the modern era to the present day.
