Can't find your ticket? Visit us at the hall's box office starting 1 hour before the start of your concert, and we'll print it out for you.
Coat Check
A free coat check service is available from mid-fall to late spring, in accordance with weather conditions.
Washrooms
Washrooms are located on the East side of the Bourgie Hall lobby and on the balcony level.
Bar
Bar service is available for certain concerts, including those in the jazz 5 à 7 series. The bar is open one hour before the start of the concert (payment by card only).

Please note that all personal food and drink is prohibited at Bourgie Hall, both in the lobby and in the concert hall. A water fountain is available next to the washrooms, and bar service is offered for selected concerts.
Concert program
A printed concert program is handed out at each concert, allowing you to learn more about the works and artists. For some concerts, a short version is distributed with a QR code that allows you to consult the full program online. Our team of ushers is on hand to assist you should you need it.
If you wish to consult the programs in advance, they are all available online a few days before the concert and are sent out in a pre-concert reminder the day before.
Cell phones
Out of respect for the artists and other audience members, the use of cell phones is strictly forbidden during concerts. However, if you wish to take a photo as a souvenir, we ask that you wait for the very final applause and deactivate your camera's flash function.
