LA STORIA DI ORFEO

Baroque 2019-2020

World-famous countertenor Philippe Jaroussky and the sublime soprano Amanda Forsythe lead us through the many facets of the myth of Orfeo and Euridice, performing arias by three great Italian composers of the 17th century along with the musicians of the Boston Early Music Festival Chamber Ensemble, for the first time in Montreal. An unforgettable evening is in store!

A pre-concert chat with Paul O’Dette and Stephen Stubbs will take place in Hydro-Québec Hall at theClaire and Marc Bourgie Pavillion at 6.30 p.m. (Free admission). Limited seating : first come, first served!
