The 65th edition of the Museum Ball will be held on November 8, 2025. Part of the Museum’s major fundraising campaign The Museum Transforms Lives, the MMFA Foundation’s prestigious annual fundraiser is presented by IG Private Wealth Management.

Evening theme
Taking place under the theme of freedom – freedom to be, to love and to create – this 65th edition of the Museum Ball will pay tribute to the major exhibition Kent Monkman: History is Painted by the Victors, opening at the MMFA in September. Quebec and Canadian art will also share the spotlight. Guests from all walks of life, who share a love of art and a commitment to supporting culture, will gather in the Museum’s magnificent banquet halls, where they will be able to admire specially selected works from the Museum’s collection.
